it ends, add the Team plan to keep editing. Your notes stay readable
and exportable either way.

Seats follow your member count: add someone and a seat is added, remove them and it comes off the next invoice. Cancel any time from Settings.

What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace becomes read-only until an owner adds a plan. Everyone can still open and read notes, and owners can export everything. Nothing is deleted.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You add a card only when you choose a plan, on Stripe's checkout page.
Is there a free plan?
No. There is one paid plan and a full-featured trial, so there is no feature wall to hit later.
Who counts as a seat?
Every member of the workspace, including owners. Invitations that have not been accepted yet do not count.
Is sales tax included?
Prices are in US dollars before tax. Where we are required to collect sales tax or VAT, it is added at checkout and shown on the invoice.
What if I cancel part-way through a period?
Editing continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and we don't refund the remainder. If a charge looks wrong, write to accounts@obscribe.com. Our terms have the details.
What if a payment fails?
You have seven days to update the card in Settings before the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time. Workspace owners can export notes as JSON and Markdown, and tasks as CSV, whether or not a plan is active.
